What’s Jack up to? Jack is a little tired of all the damp weather. It’s messing up his happy long walks you see. I’m with you Jack. A little rain is ok but I’m not a fan of the wet dog.
Happy Friday everyone! I hope your week has been good. I’m wrist deep in NaNo writing and starting to feel the heat already and it’s only the 5thof November. Eee…I have to keep my fingers limber and my mind lose and not all knotted up in fear and just let it flow in the images that I know are there.

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!
What’s Jack up to? Sorry I have been quiet on the Jack front lately but I have been so swamped with the dear twins and college stuff that there has been to time to stay on the mischievous Jack. And believe me he’s taking full advantage of it. Getting into things were he can. Sneaking into bookbags and sneaking snacks. Reaching high countertops and getting what he can there. Even feeling his wild oats and going off the porch and chasing after big dogs who dare come up the street. Yeah, that one just about gave me a heart attack. Big trouble there. Good thing the dog thought little Jack was a joke. I didn’t and he’s on the leash for good now. So that’s what Jack’s been up to. Never dull.

To Be Judged
What’s Jack up to? Jack has been extra odd lately. Feeling very loungey and wanting to hang in the basement a lot these last few days. I think he may be extra tired after a busy weekend on the block with our annual block party. I’m happy to report that The Jackster was a perfect little gentleman and loved by all though. But with his charm of course he was.
In other news… in a strange turn of events since I’m totally neurotic and can’t stand being judged (strange how I love reality TV and judging others though, hmm) I have entered a contest. Yikes!
Not that type of contest. I’ll spare you all. It’s The Mills & Boon New Voices contest. I know crazy right? All I can do is blame my phone breaking, Twitter and a momentarily lapse of reason. I’d love to introduce you to Alexia and her family from 2 Kids and A Dog. Alexia got in touch with me after checking out my blog and seeing that we have so much in common being that I have 2 kids and a dog too (although mine are considerably larger. College soon ouch). Alexia is an American mom now married and living in Rome. Cool huh?
